The NHS Friends and Family Test was introduced in December 2014 and is an opportunity for patients to give us their anonymous feedback on the care and treatment we provide. This feedback is important to us and will be used to review our services and enable us where appropriate to make improvements in the care we provide to our patients.
When you receive care or treatment within the NHS you will have the opportunity to give your feedback by answering a simple question about you care. You will be asked to select one of six options, from extremely likely to extremely unlikely, to recommend your GP surgery to friends and family. You will also be asked to tell us the reason for your views on our service.
